Borderlands 2 Golden Key giveaways this weekend
Gearbox will be giving away codes for Borderlands 2′s treasured Golden Keys this weekend. A post on the developer’s website lists the times and dates of each giveaway; you’ll need to keep a close eye on the game’s Facebook and Gearbox’s Twitter accounts in order to snaffle one. Each one-use Golden Key opens a chest filled with high-end but level dependent loot.
Thanks, Shack.

@4, I don’t think they’re transferable, they’re already redeemed to my Shift account.
When Randy P posts them on twitter he posts 3 separate codes for each platform.
If you can be in your house at some of these times: http://www.gearboxsoftware.com/community/articles/951/borderlands-2-golden-keys-incoming over the weekend you can have up to 5 of your own by Sunday
And I will have at least 14 I reckon

@6 How does that work? How do you know the keyword is WinPC and it’d be on DuvalMagic’s feed as opposed to the gearbox account?
Just curious, never used IFTTT before.

@8, no, they’ve done it 2 ways, one is that the code is active for a period of time (like these ones are – 3 hours) and can be redeemed by as many people as want to use them (once per customer) in that time period. The other way is that they say “this code is good for thousands of redemptions” so there’s a hard limit on the number of people who can redeem that code, but no strict time limit (Pitchford will usually say, I expect these to last about an hour/2 hours).
