Tales of Hearts being remade for Vita, releasing as Tales of Hearts R

Tales of Hearts, the Nintendo DS title, will be released on Vita and will have an "R" added to the title due to being a remake.
Tales of Hearts R was announced in the latest Jump, and according to the magazine, Namco's added new story events, a new character named Calcedony Arkham, and it will be fully-voiced.
The game is slated for a spring 2013 release. Scans can be found through Siliconera.
