PS Store video walkthrough released by Sony
Sony has released a video walkthrough of the new PS Store which went live today in Europe. The store is available in Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, with other countries being added throughout the evening and tomorrow. UK users have been reporting issues most of the day with the update, and Sony reverted the store back to the older version until the kinks could be worked out. The new store is set to launch October 23 in the US.

iv downloaded the new update for the PSN store but i still end up in the old one is anyone else having the same problem ?? looks brill the new design to

In US, it has already launched in eu, maybe taking a few hours in some countries.

Well I read on eurogamer’s site that a lot of people were having problems with it. So they took it down and converted it back to the old store.

I think the UK was/were going to get it before the US. I think the US and every where else is going to get it the 23rd.

about time! the ps store was horrible. the dualshock and the ps store are the biggest letdowns of the ps3 imho. this finally does look really good. they kinda mocked the xbl marketplace but that´s ok. because it´s good. makes sense. there was a video of the upcoming wiiu e-shop and that also looked a bit marketplaceish…nintendo mocked the 360 controller too…only fair though after that motion gaming copy paste job ms and sony did.

@8, Yes i’ve just found that out… Not sure why i thought the whole XMB was changing :-/
Anyway its running in the uk & is rather slick. Thumbs up.

the new store sucks:/
silk design but response is still bad!
to download, you need to click no (when it ask you to download), click PSN STore and keep tapping X.
and they removed the Game Trailers:/
