Enter the Freeman: Half-Life live-action short film

An atmospheric, fan-made Half-Life film has been released into the wild. Enter the Freeman runs to around ten minutes and was created on a $3,000 budget. Grab it through the break.

A live-action Half-Life short film is doing the rounds on the interweb, check it out below. Created by Ian James Duncan and Bernhard Forcher, it does a good job of competing with some of the live-action shorts and ads that have become popular recently with major games publishers.

A series of videos are also available revealing how the film was created on a modest $3,000 budget, how Freeman’s HEV suit was put together and commentary from the director and one of the actors
