Borderlands 2 issues reported by some Xbox 360 users after applying latest patch

Borderlands 2 issues are being reported by some Xbox 360 users after downloading a game patch which prepped for the release of the Mechromancer DLC today.

According to various posts on the forum, picked up by Videogamer, some players are reporting loss of items, and Badass Rank upon applying the patch.

Some users are also reporting the loss of gold keys, and customization options being reset of some of their characters.

Others are reporting no such issues.

The Mechromancer DLC was released earlier today after having previously been slated for an October 16 release.

The character of Gaige is free to those who pre-ordered the game and runs $10 for everyone else.

No issues here yet, this also was occuring before the patch got released. I doubt the patch or the DLC is causing this.

Also, it’s rumored to occur after playing split screen, i haven’t done that yet, and my rank is unaffected.

No problems here with my Commando (true vault hunter mode)

Also, Mechromancer rocks. The bot is like a robotic wolverine that also shoots Emperor rays out it’s eyes. What more could you ask for?
