League of Legends Season Two World Playoffs start this week

League of Legends has a cool $2 million on the table this season, so tune in to see some of the best MOBA players in the world battle for a slice of that tasty, tasty pie.

The World Playoffs run October 4 through 6, and will pit 12 teams from around the globe - China, Southeast Asia, Korea, Taiwan, North America, and Europe - in competition for just two finals slots.

The World Finals themselves take place on October 13.
