The Walking Dead: Episode 4 generates a single screenshot
The Walking Dead: Episode 4 has been blessed with its very own official screenshot. Click through to view it in technicolor glory. Called Around Every Corner, the new episode launches in October, with the fifth and final episode expected shortly thereafter.

couldnt they have released it all in one go like other tell tale games.. what do they gain by releasing one episode every 2 or 3 months..

I’m pretty sure they only did that with Jurassic Park and Puzzle Agent.
Sam and Max was episodic for three seasons, Back to the Future was episodic for one season, and Monkey Island was episodic for one season.

It allows modularity. THey can continue the series as long as it makes money per episode where if they did it all in one go and it was crap they would have to shuttered.
It works for Tell Tale games and it will most likely being a popular business model come next gen.

@5, the series , was completed from day one, so it wouldn’t matter whether they released all 5 episodes in one go.The game is either going to sell or not.
