Wii U advertising hints at last minute release date change

Tuesday, 25th September 2012 00:24 GMT By Brenna Hillier

Wii U launches in Europe on November 30, according to all official sources, but an interesting blip in advertising suggests this date might have been chosen at the last instant. Visit any European website with one of those blue “Pre-order now” Wii U banners and disable flash; the date displayed changes from November 30 to November 23. Bit of an odd error. The console arrives in the US on November 18; get the full run down on Wii U release dates, pricing, software and accessories.

Thanks, GoNintendo.

Could it be that the games will come out a week earlier? Hasn’t that happened before?
