Hyperdimension Neptunia 3 coming west

NIS America is bringing the third Hyperdimension Neptunia out of Japan.

The third in a series of humorous RPGs, Hyperdimension Neptunia V launched in Japan last month. It will release in the US and Europe as Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory in northern spring 2013.

This one sends our heroes back in time to the 1980's to battle ii out in the 8-bit era. Apparently a promotional website is live, but you need an NIS America login to access it at time of writing.

The PlayStation 3 exclusive Hyperdimension Neptunia series is a kind of send up of the games industry itself; its characters are console and re-enact many of the perceived rivalries between hardware companies. Both previous entries are available in the west through NIS and Tecmo Koei.

Siliconera has a bunch of screens which frankly I can't be bothered re-uploading for all six of you who know what I'm talking about. Clickety click over instead.
