E.X. Troopers: Lost Planet spin-off gets J-Pop crazy TGS trailer

E.X. Troopers, Capcom’s action-heavy Lost Planet spin-off has received a new trailer out of TGS. Capcom recently confirmed that the game would not see a release in the West, which sucks, because it actually looks fun in a daft kind of way. Watch what you could have had below.

Thanks AGB.

Wow. I don’t even like anime and that looks like a blast.

They should probably let westerners decide which titles are suitable for western consumption.

I’d rather have this than Lost Planet 3 thanks. Also by having an actual Nevec soldier in full silly armour its already more Lost Planet than LP3 has shown itself to be.

Theres mechs and everything.

Reminded me of Phantasy Star Online for the Dreamcast, looks awesome!

Great – Lost Planet gets put in the hands of Spark Unlimited, who don’t have a particularly enviable track record and looks set to be turned into the a generic western third-person shooter.

Meanwhile the ‘real’ new Lost Planet, i.e EX Troopers doesn’t see a western release at all?

Thanks Capcom.
