PlayStation Store overhaul teased in PS3 Super Slim announce
In its PS3 Super Slim announcement, the Australian arm of PlayStation makes reference to “a new look” for the PlayStation Store. Other territorial sites don’t make mention of the upgrade, which is apparently due in October, but an overhaul is likely to be welcomed by PSN fans and critics alike.

The design bothers me less than how ridiculously freakin slow the thing is.
If they’ve built some speed into it and reduced (or preferably eliminated) the dead time in between screens then that would be awesome.

Current design has gradually got more and more confusing as content has ramped up. Though different regions can vary quite a lot from that perspective. Interestingly little annoying pauses as you go back and forth are more or less non-existent on the US store – and that’s accessing from the UK.
I realise the different divisions want to add their own take on things but there should be some agreement on what is a good way to divide and section stuff up.
