no it isn’t bluray.
it is just a capacity disc increase.
blue is just the colour, I don’t know why they chose blue for their box art. So it can match PS3′s bluray:/
but i think wii u can play dvd

I liked Toad in Mario 2, no one can pick up a turnip like him!
