Yeah but if you already have a current gen console you have no reason to get the multiplatform titles which wipes up 90% of those titles.

Then again if you have a medium range PC you have no reason to buy any of the multiplatform titles on a console.

Its about more than that though is’nt it.

Completely true. Sales will depends on how much those 10% differentiates themselves from the crowd.
Although no visible reason to buy this as a owner of present gen consoles , especially after the overpricing and miserable attempt to copy ps plus and no discounts for opting digital version which must be cheaper as overhead costs are lower for it.
Also it remains to be seen what games will launch post launch period. Vita was disappointing for some there, might well be the case for wiiu too.

That’s an impressive list but as people say, if you already own a PS3 or 360, no need to buy a new console for it. Really interested to see how it does though.

The wonderful 101, Mario, Warioware, Lego Undercover, Zombie U, Darksiders 2 and Rayman for me on launch.

That’s a damn fine line up of original games, bar Darksiders but I haven’t bought that yet.

Plus Nintendo Land!

Best launch for a while from my view. Care to name one that offered so much choice and original titles?

Will EA be releasing Mass Effect 3 with the dlc, like they did with Mass Effect 2 on the PS3?

@12, I’m not denying that those looking for the exclusives are getting a bad deal. Like I said, I think that’s an impressive list. I’m thinking more of the people with consoles that might be on the fence, it might not be an immediate buy.

I won’t lie, my PS3 is gathering dust and I’m honestly impressed by the line up, just to try it out I wouldn’t dismiss the idea of a trade in…

protip : Never buy ubisoft games at the begining of a new console era. They always sucks and its always overhypped bad games.

#16 and yet Red Steel 2 was beatifull, although it came later on , i think they are better handling games later in the lifecycle, therefore i agree, but Rayman Legends looks sweet, so i dont know i give them the benefit of the doubt, i hope zombie U plays as good as it looks and sounds.

Studio Ghibli + Level 5 RPG! :)

Although, I wouldn’t be surprised if it didn’t come to Wii U…

I think Wii U could become the spiritual home of JRPGs, especially with the touch screen pad.

I think it’s going to be a very strong console. It’ll be huge in Japan, which will help with some pretty out their titles, but also in western area with COD etc…

Pretty much a great mix! :)

It’s added life into this gen, which will make Sony and MS happy too…

Whats not to like?! ;)
