Blade & Soul – martial arts fantasy MMO to release in the west

Blade & Soul, the martial arts fantasy MMO developed by Team Bloodlust, has bee confirmed for a western release by NCsoft.

Blade & Soul ranks as one of the top games in PC cafés across South Korea where it launched 11 weeks ago. l

The game is reminiscent of “classic martial arts adventure films House of Flying Daggers and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon,” and is set in a world inspired by the art of Hyung-Tae Kim.

Exact release timing for Blade & Soul has not been confirmed.

Jade Empire, those were good times, I ended up buying it again from steam.
No idea if this is going to be good or not, NCsoft tends to be a mixed bag when it comes to games.

Looking forward to trying these, it looks like a beaut and the combat seems really interesting.

I’m glad to see MMOs going away from the generic WoW/Everquest styled combat (Nothing bad with WoW combat, still play it).
Just nice to see something actual new.
