Guild01 classification suggests individual releases

Level-5's collection of 3DS games, Guild01, looks likely to head west - but as individual packages.

As spotted by Siliconera, Liberation Maiden is listed on the Australian Classification database.

Liberation Maiden is just one of four games included in Guild01, and was designed by Grasshopper Manufacture's Goichi Suda; despite this, it's probably the most mainstream-friendly of the games on offer. It's a shooter starring a robot-piloting schoolgirl who happens to be President.

It's the only recent classification filing by Level-5, with none of the other titles making an appearance.

The classification adds weight to a theory that the individual games of Guild01 could launch as downloadable titles in the west; both Liberation Maiden and Crimson Shroud were trademarked in the US last month.

Guild01 brings together a number of Japanese development talents and was a roaring success in Japan; a second collection is expected.
