Square Enix has filed four new trademarks in Japan. According to FF-Reunion, via Gematsu, the four trademarks are for Wizardlings, Ultima Box, Agent 47, and Circle of Mana.

Just Cause 2 – another public beta for the multiplayer mod starts this weekend

Just Cause 2 has another beta weekend planned for the multiplayer mod, and it starts tomorrow morning at 4.00am EDT/8.00am GMT and lasts for 48 hours. New features include: Extended Passenger Sync, added basic server-side Lua gamemode scripting, and “drastically improved” weapon accuracy and sync. New Super Mario Bros. U graces cover of next Game Informer

New Super Mario Bros. U is the main feature in the next issue of Game Informer. The site said the October issues is the first time in “16 years since our cover story has focused on one of [Mario's] adventures.” The magazine paid a visit to Nintendo of America to play the game, nabbed an extensive feature on Wii U, and also interviewed Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka. The Secret World’s getting a group finder tool with next week’s update

The Secret World’s group finder tool will launch with the Digging Deeper update next week, Funcom has announced. Players will be able to team up with others from any Dimension anywhere in the world for any playfield or dungeon in the game. When harder difficulties like Elite and Nightmare are unlocked, these will also become available as options in the Group Finder tool. Funcom has explained how to go about using the tool on the official website. Issue 2: Digging Deeper launches for The Secret World on September 11.

Crytek’s Fibble – Flick ‘n’ Roll will release on Kindle Fire HD, the firm has announced. The physics-based puzzler tasks players with guiding an explorer named Fibble through levels requiring logic, skill and reflexes. Two brand new areas will be included with the Kindle Fire HD version, Holiday Hop and Summer Spin, which bring the total number of levels to 65. Fibble – Flick ‘n’ Roll will be available from the Amazon Appstore for $0.99/€0.79, and will also be compatible with first-generation Kindle Fire. Kindle Fire HD ships on November 20.
