It’s amazing how far graphics have come in a decade; check out how shiny the new Rise of the Triad is.
While Interceptor Entertainment is keen to stick to the same design principles as the 90’s original – including the famously twisted level lay-outs – it’s doing it in current-gen graphic style. As seen in the video and screenshots, and outlined in a developer blog, even reworking classic maps – in this case, Episode 2’s The Room – is a lot of work.
