Modern Warfare 3 demo hits Xbox Live tomorrow

A demo for Modern Warfare 3 will be released on Xbox Live tomorrow. It will feature the single-player mission Black Tuesday. It will also be made available at a later date for PS3. Thanks, Shack.

Does anyone care at this point? I love how the PS3 version of the demo still gets time delayed. XD

Seems like odd timing. Aren’t they in danger of cannibalising sales of Blops2?

Maybe trying to hook more players, then when existing player base moves over they feel the need to follow to the latest CoD.

The more demos the better though, IMO. Ideally every game should have a demo before or around release. It should be mandatory.

@Gadzooks! I agree about the “every game should get a demo” and every game should get patched if needed.

I still don’t know what’s the point of that, I mean… it sure sounds strange and all considering that they have most likely got all the sales they can get.

Isn’t playing MW2 = 4 hours of demo ?

Sales of various CoDs are still pretty good though aren’t they?

I’m still laughing! :) ))))))) So, MW3 will be “Game of the Year 2012″! Bravo, Bravo Activision! Smart move! Bravo! :) )))

This has happened before, idk if for black ops but I remember them releasing the demo for World at War significantly later for no apparent reason. My guess would be to further the sales even more, even if by a miniscule amount.

Get more people hooked on CoD and excited for the new iteration coming soon.
