DOTA 2 stand-alone spectator app now available

DOTA 2's promised spectator mode has emerged, but rather than appearing as an in-client option, Valve's launched it as a stand-alone app. If you've got Steam installed, just hit this link to download the free add-on, which will allow you to watch live or recent category matches. Plus, you'll be able to tune into The International, DOTA 2's annual world championship, which this year takes place at PAX Prime from August 31 to September 2, with a prize pool of $1 million on offer.
