Total War: Rome 2 gamescom screens full of glory and violence
Total War: Rome 2 gives you the power to foster the Roman Republic or build towards the mighty Roman Empire. Oh, what do you care for history? It lets you watch badass dudes in skirts smack each other with swords.
That’s all I learned from these gamescom 2012 screens, anyway. Well, that and that The Creative Assembly really hasn’t lost its graphical flair. The follow up to 2004′s Total War: Rome is due exclusively on PC towards the end of 2013.

end of 2013? they shouldnt have even announced it yet lol… i dont feel like knowing about this game for over a year and having to wait..

Looks awfully charming so far.
I really hope they add more different fortifications, or at least change the textures on them.
One annoying thing about Total War is that you’re always trying to take the same fort.

really looking forward to that game! loved TW Rome. Although i hope depth of field and blooming aren’t exaggerated. Screenshots look a bit muddy.
