Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD PS3 release date announced

The PlayStation 3 version of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD will be releasing on August 28, Activision’s confirmed.

The news was revealed via a tweet by the game’s official Twitter account.

“THPSHD is coming to PS3 (via PSN) on August 28th.”

No details about the PC release date were given, although the Twitter account did add: “We’ll announce the PC date as soon as we know it.”

The game’s sold around 120,000 copies on Xbox Live Arcade in its first week of release.
