Assassin’s Creed 3 only $15, for now at least

Friday, 10th August 2012 16:13 GMT By Jeff Dunn

Walmart currently has the Xbox 360 version of Assassin’s Creed 3 on sale for $14.98. Pre-ordering the game will net you the added “A Dangerous Secret” in-game mission, and $4.99 of credit for the Vudu movie service.

While the low price is probably just a pricing error on the store’s part, a deal is a deal, so grab a copy while it lasts.

Assassin’s Creed is out on October 31 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and on November 23 for PC.

Thanks, Joystiq.

UPDATE: Alas, my friends, Walmart has corrected the error. The game is now listed at the standard price of $59.96 again.

Looks like they’re on to it. Says it’s out of stock now.

Except when you click add to order it doesn’t actually add it to the cart. SO you can’t actually get the deal.

You definitely could order it. My friend that pointed me towards it ordered a copy.

I most of hit add to cart when they just fixed it then. Because it gave an error saying “Can’t add to cart”. Its now 59.99$.

Yep, it was confirmed to be working earlier. Walmart just caught up about 10-15 minutes ago.

Apparently I was. Too bad. I got Starcraft collection because of these type of slip ups. I was able to buy it for .99, the manager looked so pissed.

Can’t blame em for making a wee mistake, after all Assassins Creed 5 is more accurate, wouldn’t surprise me if they intended to discount brotherhood.
