Pre-order Sleeping Dogs on Steam to score exclusive TF2 items

Valve is running one of its famous cross-promotions for United Front Games' Hong Kong action epic, Sleeping Dogs. Pre-ordering the open-world action fest on Steam (at 10% off, no less) before August 14 will net you eight free items, including one which reverses enemy building construction. Oh, I know some veterans whose eyebrows just hit the ceiling over that. Sleeping Dogs arrives in mid-August on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
