Oddworld - Munch's Oddysee HD news at gamescom, help name Abe’s Oddysee HD

JAW and Oddworld Inhabitants have said to expect news on Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee HD during gamescom. That's good news, right? But wait, there's more.

With more Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee HD news set for September, the firms are calling on the community to help provide a title for the game.

The title Abe’s Oddysee HD isn't on the table, as it sounds as though the team have added "bigger pictures into the original engine," when instead it's a "grounds-up remake with glorious 3D graphics and classic 2D gameplay."

You can offer up your ideas here. You have until August 10, and if your title is chosen, you'll get some nice swag and accolades.

Platforms for Abe HD will be announced in late September, and the original Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee OST will be released through iTunes August 6 for $5.99.

Details on the Deluxe OST will be "coming soon."
