Hitman: Sniper Challenge now available for PC users with pre-order
IO Interactive has announced the launch of the Hitman: Sniper Challenge for PC users, which is a sniper experience available to play the moment Hitman: Absolution is pre-ordered. PS3 and Xbox 360 users have already had their chance in the spotlight, now it’s time for PC users to start scoring. The PC version of Hitman: Absolution will be shown for the gamescom later this month.

Same here dude. Although I’ve just changed my region to New York USA and then back to London UK and it’s now downloading. Hope this helps

@2 No need to change region, just restart your Steam client and you will have the Install option enabled.
