Skyrim: Dawnguard PS3 and PC news ‘coming soon’ says Bethesda

Monday, 30th July 2012 10:01 GMT By Dave Cook

Skyrim: Dawnguard still hasn’t hit PS3 or PC thanks to a 30-day exclusivity window between Bethesda and Microsoft. But the studio has broken radio silence on the incoming DLC. Full quotes after the jump.

Over on Twitter, Bethesda’s Pete Hines said, “Just sit tight. We’ll have info soon.” following a barrage of requests for new information on a PC and PS3 release date for Skyrim: Dawnguard.

Last week Hines shed some light on the situation, “We have not announced Dawnguard for any other platform, nor given a timeline for any such news. If we have news, I promise I’d tell you.”

Skyrim: Dawnguard hit Xbox 360 on June 26, meaning Microsoft’s 30-day exclusivity window is already up, meaning an PS3 and PC release date could be imminent.

I haven’t seen anyone who weren’t totally bored with it on the 360, so you’re probably better off with a mod anyhow.

I wish Bethesda would let us pay them to fix the game instead. I’d rather have a complete Skyrim, than a pointless episode for it.

I really love Skyrim… Well I enjoy creating characters for Skyrim. I’ve not finished it yet, but have have gone through 3 Orcs, a couple of Imperials and the obligatory Nord.

What OlderGamer says. They should be ashame for ignoring more than 50% of their customers.
