New nVidia tech demo revisits Dawn the fairy

Ten years on from the release of the original Dawn tech demo, nVidia has released a follow up called A New Dawn, featuring the same winged fairy but with all the power of a decade of graphics development behind it. You can download the tech demo here, but be warned, it's an 800MB executable and took over an hour over Australian ADSL. The accompanying blog post details some astonishing increases in performance, like 571 times the number of triangles used to build the environment.
