Halo 4 limited edition Xbox incoming

A limited edition Halo 4 Xbox 360 is on the horizon, according to new shots of the bundle.

To celebrate the launch of 343 Industries’ Halo 4, a new branded Xbox 360 is being released.

The shots and details of the new 360 SKU come courtesy of The Little English Halo Blog, via StrategyInformer.

The product page on the Microsoft Store that is said to have originally hosted the details is now blank save for a message that states “This product is currently unavailable”.

Fortunately, the TLEHB nabbed the product details while the page still had something useful on it, the details of the bundle are such:

  • Exclusive design: Limited-edition, one-of-a-kind console was custom designed by the Halo 4 developer, 343 Industries, and Xbox 360
  • Two custom Halo 4 wireless controllers: High-performance controllers boast a range of up to 30 feet and come with a rotating D-pad and blue LED lights
  • Halo 4 Standard Edition game: Begin the Halo Reclaimer saga right out of the box
  • Exclusive sounds: Hear actual Halo 4 in-game sound effects when console is turned on and when the eject button is pushed
  • Largest hard drive available: The 320-GB hard drive offers more space for game add-ons and downloadable content, and more memory to store all of your entertainment
  • Custom downloadable content: Receive a code to download Halo 4 content from Xbox LIVE, including unique armor skin, unique weapon skin, unique emblem, matching avatar armor, and unique avatar prop
  • Black Xbox 360 headset: Chat with friends on Xbox LIVE, or team up and jump in with multiplayer gameplay

TLEHB also suggests that both the console and the controllers are translucent.

Halo 4 launches November 6.

#4 well to tell you the truth my first priority poly will be getting a WiiU then if i find an attractive vita price, i will get it, i want to try gravity rush, and i think sony will start delivering more vita exclusives in the upcoming years, and by that i mean games only found on vita, those are the games iam interested for, not the ps3-vita games or the so called “ports”, if they woulnt do that, then i will sell it, but because of that i want to find a very affordable price, just in case they keep doing the ps3-vita games focus.

@6: yea it has huge potential. sony must really start to use it and create great software for it. otherewise the vita will be kinda dead soon. i wont mind re-purchasing it at some point if the price is right and if there will be much more great games for it. don´t know, with the vita…it just didn´t click. i do not like the ui and the games, while some of them have been good, just didn´t seem great enough to be worth owning the system for, especially if you own a ps3 as well. like you said: no vita unique games, or just not enough, to be fair. shame…i mean i have a 3ds too and there are so many great games for it i already own or cannot wait for – a huge huge list of games really. i hope sony will be able to make a push in the right direction with the vita soon. i am always ready to sink some hard earned cash into gaming gear, but i need a good reason for it too. i was really shocked by the absence of anything cool at e3 for the vita and after it…that´s why i sold it (and the supershabby resistance which i took as a personal offense;) shame on you sony to do that to resistance!)
