Amazon climbs on board free-to-play, MMO bandwagon with Game Connect

Hot off yesterday's Game Centre Kindle Fire announcement, Amazon has more gaming goodness up its sleeve. The retail giant has expended its marketplace to include free-to-play and MMO games via a system called Game Connect. The platform allows users to make in-game purchases via an existing Amazon account, giving the site a cut off the profit and providing another secure payment option for nervy gamers. World of Tanks, Super Monday Night Combat and Pandora Saga are already on board; find out more here.

Thanks, Gamasutra.
