One Piece Romance Dawn announced for PSP

Namco Bandai has announced One Piece Romance Dawn for PSP. The game will be a traditional RPG where the player will control Luffy, as they adventure through various One Piece worlds. As the character gains in level, his attributes such as speed, attack strength, and more can be customized. The combat system will make use of an icon-based menu system with options for attack, flee, item use, and offers more than just turn-based mechanics. The game was announced in Weekly Jump along with the first screenshot, and it's the first One Piece game to grace the Sony handheld.
