Tales of Xillia 2 will feature returning characters from first game

Tales of Xillia 2 will feature some characters from the original RPG, according to this week's issue of Famitsu.

The sequel will see the return of Alvin and Leia from Tales of Xillia as playable characters. It'll have Ludger as the main hero, and another new character Nova, who is one of Julius's classmates. Julius is the 28 year-old brother of Ludger and takes care of him. It's still unclear whether Nova will be a playable character.

The game will also feature a new special kind of attack - Unique Link Artes - which you can set off by selecting specific techniques.

The game will be releasing on November 1 exclusively on PS3.
