Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Collection spotted for PC, out July 17
Both GameStop and Amazon are listing Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Collection for a July 17 launch, Joystiq reports. It’s to cost $20, and it’s exclusive to PC. There’s been no announcement as yet, but expect more soon.

What’s the point, when it’s allready dead cheap everywhere? Also the PC version plays like crap on modern pc’s. Hopefully it’s an enhanced edition or something, or i don’t see the point of this at all.

You need a mod just to play it in widescreen, then there’s the cursor issues. Check the Steam forums or just google ”kotor and windows 7/vista” if you don’t believe me. They can’t release it as it is currently on Steam/other distribution systems. Just far too buggy on current systems.

KoTOR 1 plays fine on my wide screen Win 7 box from Steam.
Haven’t tried KoTOR II since it’s not offered on Steam.
I do agree, it’s dirt cheap so i dont really see the point. and as often as Steam runs sales you can get the first game usually for a couple of bucks.

Kotor 1 I had to be modified so it would play in widescreen setting along with fixing the cursor issues. These games do no scale pass XP.
