Users reporting intermittent issues with PSN, Sony looking into it
Sony has said it is looking into issues some users may be experiencing with intermittent PSN outage. According to the firm, some users may receive the Error Code 80023102 when trying to sign in. Engineers are currently investigating the cause of these problems, and the firm will provide an update through here when more information is available.

PSN is now up . But they must provide the reason for this and also regarding other promotions.
