Pre-order DarkSiders II through THQ, get added bonus
THQ has sweetened the pre-order deal for Darksiders II Limited Edition – if you pre-order it through the THQ store and you live in North America.

According to the firm, customers will receive the first two content drops as well as the exclusive Maker’s Armor and Scythe set featuring upgraded stats, and a unique design. You also get free shipping.
All pre-orders, as previously announced, will be upgraded to the Limited Edition which includes the first content drop. Ordering through THQ will get you a code for both.
You can also purchase the Season Pass for the game through THQ which entitles you to all three DLC packs when available, and the Collector’s Edition is in the store as well – which is sold out at retail at the moment.
Game’s out in August on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. A Wii U version is expected around the console’s launch.

Pretty scary words: “Season Pass”.
They are the precuser to Publisher game subscriptions. Prolly what DLC will all turn into at some point. And it will be very exciting, don’t you think? 70usd games and 25usd “season passes”. Yum, yes please.
Wait till those 70usd games turn into hollow demos stripped of 80% of their content, which becomes unlockable with your “Season Pass”.
Or maybe those games/demos become 25usd initialy and the season pass sells in incriments totaling 70usd.

No thankyou, what a load of bollocks…
It’s bad enough paying for a ‘season pass’ in sports games, now they are to be included in an action rpg?! WTF!!!!
Might as well go purely digital at this point, it’s not like your getting a complete game anyway…
