Facebook axes credits, adds support for subscriptions

Facebook has finally opened the doors to subscriptions on games and apps offered through the social network, and has also farewelled its once-mandatory Facebook Credits currency system. The universal currency included a 30% cut for Facebook, and has been replaced by purchases in a user's local currency.
