Peter Serafinowicz to play a role in new Assassin's Creed

Famous British funny guy Peter Serafinowicz will be playing a role in the next Assassin's Creed game, he's confirmed via a tweet.

Hopefully, by "new Assassin's Creed," he means Assassin's Creed III, and not the recently announced Vita game, Assassin's Creed: Liberation.

Serafinowicz has played roles in Spaced and Shaun of the Dead, as well as hosting the popular Peter Serafinowicz Show. He's also lent his voice to Darth Maul in Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace.

Roping in a well-known voice actor for an Assassin's Creed role isn't new for Ubisoft. It had hired Veronica Mars star Kristen Bell to lend her voice to AC character Lucy in the first three games of the series.
