38 Studios declares bankruptcy, authorities investigating company finances
Curt Schilling’s 38 Studios has declared bankruptcy, amid Rhode Island and federal authorities opening an investigation into finances at the firm were handled. I think it’s extremely suspicious that a state would put up 75 million to back a loan for a single business.
