Nintendo collaborating with Platinum Games for P-100 on Wii U
Nintendo’s announced it’s to publish a new game called P-100 for Wii U.
The news was first announced in a GTTV interview with NoA boss Reggie Fils-Aime.
The game’s being made by Metal Gear Rising and Bayonetta developer Platinum Games. The title will be coming within the launch window of Wii U.
The game’s producer Atsushi Inaba showed the title on GTTV following the end of Nintendo’s press conference. Nintendo’s JC Rodrigo confirmed the title is being directed by Bayonetta bossman Hideki Kamiya.
P-100 rocks a more cutesy look, a dramatic shift compared to the likes of gritty feel of Bayonetta, Vanquish and Madworld. The game features a group of heroes who are fighting back an alien threat.

I think this is a reaction to the poor response after the show. It seemed that jeff didn’t know about it which to me says Nintendo have had this as an emergency response and literally ran over to GTRV to save some face with the ‘core’

Not sure what to make of that trailer tbh…
Still reeling from the awful presentation. I can understand on them focusing mainly on launch window games but perhaps a glimpse at what to invest in would have gone across better with the crowd & the Internet

23 games for 1 hour? he was talking crap most of the time and Mario creator took 15mins to talk about Pikmin.
worst of all, all games were not played live on stage but were video talk throughs!
only the SigN game was demoed on stage.
they used their chance to use their selling pitch on casual gamers.
much like what they did when they announced Wii and showcase Wii Sport.
this is exactly the trash they are doing again!

I didnt see this coming, a nice surprise i hope nintendo do this things with more developers like they did with metroid prime other m and now this new game, i hope it is as good as madworld, great game, but if nintendo is involve i think it will be good.
