Source - supposed PS4 spec sheet is fake

Sony has supposedly sent out a spec sheet listing the technical prowess of the unannounced PS4.

According to a post over on Gameranx, the specs list states the console will contain an advanced cell processor with 10GB of RAM and 10GB of video memory.

Assuming this is correct, the GPU graphics processor is based on Nvidia's Kepler architecture, which is the same tech powering the GTX680 - the newest badass video card that is out of stock almost everywhere.

When playing games in 2D, resolution will hit 3840x2160, with 3D running at 1080p thanks to two Nvidia graphics chips.

The console is also supposedly backwards compatible - all the way back to PSone and will release during Q4 2013.

A source close to VG247 has called the spec list "complete bullshit."

A larger shot of the supposed spec sheet is here.
