Runic to hold massive stress test for Torchlight II this weekend

Runic’s announced a massive network stress test for Torchlight II ahead of the close of its current beta for the game. The test will begin tonight at 7pm BST (11am PST) and continue until next Tuesday at 7pm BST (11am PST) for holders of a Runic account. Those who haven’t signed up for an account by now may have a better chance at gaining beta access for this weekend.

Atleast this won’t have always online single player. I haven’t considered buying Diablo III for that sole reason.

Well…. Now I have the opportuntiy to test Torchlight 2 and Secret World…

But I only have on weekend..

But its an easy choice.

Torchlight here I come!

@3: Jep, i downloaded Secret World, preparing myself for the BETA, then i read that Torchlight 2 is also doing a BETA Weekend and since i usually always go to my girlfriend on Weekends and she has a terrible, terrible internet connection, there is no chance that i’ll download Secret World’s 13 GB again there.

Was hoping i could at least throw most of it on my usb stick, but for some reason the game sized doubled after the download was done.

So far i haven’t gotten a key for the BETA of Torchlight 2. I hope i get one before it starts.
