Rockstar launches free Max Payne 3 DLC with Gorilla Warfare

Rockstar’s released the first DLC pack for Max Payne 3 for free, known as the Gorilla Warfare pack. The pack will come with a gorilla mask that’ll come with extra adrenaline for melee kills from behind, the lucky coin that gives players extra goods when looting dead bodies and the booby trap, which has dead corpses explode when being looted. The pack’s out now for free on PSN and XBL.

Max Payne 3 is out now on PS3 and 360 in the US. It launches in Europe and the UK tomorrow. Hopefully more to come on MP3 today.

I’m not sure about the US, but in Europe the DLC only comes out Friday on PSN it would seem. I told the guy over on the PS Blog that it wasnt on the Store yet and he said that its for Friday:

I went to EU PSN store to get the gorilla pack and its not there for me is anyone else having this problem or is it just me ??? :(

The DLC is already out on the XBLM in the UK. I downloaded it about an hour ago.
