@4, oh yeah. Direct X11, 1080p or 2560×1660, FXAA and stuff and we could see a jaw dropping thing.

I love how these Trailers show us so little, yet tell so much. I mean just the fact that the main character knew exactly that was a trap. But i have to agree with our graphic-whore here, some gameplay footage would be nice.

I wonder if this game comes out this year. Looks like a lot of games are going to pushed into the next year. 2011 was a huge disappointment, i hope 2012 isn’t going to be the same.

so there is a good chance for the last of us to be released this year!

god of War is known for May releases, so this have a chance to be released this year.

I think God of War is known for its March releases. At least that was when GoW: GoS for PSP and GoW 3 was released. As for Last Of Us I’m pretty sure they will release that in the first quarter of next year, probably February and then Gow in March. It’s a new franchise and that is risky in fourth quarter.

To me it looks as if Sony is going to run LBP Karting, Sly some Move and Battle Royale in that time period. Those are mix of Core (not hardcore) and family friendly games and then let the many big third party titles cater for the hardcore people. When the slower first and second quarter arrives they will have all those great titles for the hardcore and core people.

@9 No one has to HAVE a game during the third quarter.

BTW GOD of war has always been a March Game, all of the system(Ps2-Ps3) games have released in March and none of released in the May period.

THis 3rd quarter is already saturated enough and if Sony wants to sell a new and upcoming IP you don’t put it against games that are well known ie Assassin Creed 3, Far Cry 3, COD, Borderlands 2.

Great trailer, I love the artistic direction, all the subtle details of the characters and environment, and of course the music..

Must say I did rather like that quite alot.
