Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown launching on June 5

Sega's announce Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown will launch on PSN on June 5 in the US and June 6 on XBLA and EU PSN for £9.99/$14.99/1200 MS points. The game, the latest build from the arcade version, will feature two new characters that didn't appear in the original version of VF5, as well as the availability of day one DLC.
