Blood being patched into TERA next week

The European publisher of TERA has told Eurogamer a patch will be implemented next week adding a blood detail slider to the MMO, but the blood splatter will be less pronounced than in the US version. The patch will also add the Emblems feature, which was cut before launch due to uploaded Emblems storing on a player's hard drive. When coming across another player in the game, it would automatically store the other players Emblem obn the drive as well. Frogster considered this a "high threat in terms of security, in case someone wanted to upload a virus," but not the system has been re-implemented and Emblems will now be stored in the client memory instead.
