Black Ops 2 debut trailer analysis, frame by frame

After the release of the Black Ops 2 announcement trailer, Sam Clay took a closer look at the moving imagery to uncover the hidden messages: explosions, vehicular warfare and horses.

Putting the 2:01 trailer under the magnifying class reveals plenty of details viewers wouldn’t otherwise have spotted. From revealing all new future-tech, the game’s protagonists and all new weaponry; it’s definitely easy to miss the good stuff.

The video above racks in at 20 mins of solid Black Ops 2 investigation.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 hits shelves on 360, PS3 and PC on November 13.

Pretty sure the Woods section can’t be a flashback due to the fact that it gives you a date at the start of June 19th 2025 and the rest of the mission appears to be October 3rd 2025.

Also…Woods. He’s 95…Can’t see him being a playable character in the 2025 sections.

Embarrassingly as I uploaded this I noticed the date at the start of the trailer *face palm* – He’s going to be a bit part of the game tho, flashback for sure.

I still wish these companies did the map packs like Tracks pack from rock band. Not release every week obviously but when a new game comes out, pay a export key to take all the maps from Blackops 1 and have them in Blackops 2.

Knowing you could use the maps packs in 2 alone, would make a bunch buy them. I dont buy them as once the new game comes out, its gonna be rare i go back so all that money would be wasted, at least i can sell the game. There are 1000s of ppl playing so its not like u wouldnt find a match.
