Gaikai signs on with WikiPad gaming tablet
Gaikai has signed up with WikiPad to bring its streaming games service to the Android device. The glasses-free 3D tablet comes equipped with optional, detachable game pad-style controls as well as a touch screen, and is being positioned as a rival to the iPad with an expected RRP of about $200. It was shown at CES 2012 but has not yet been dated, and Gaikai seems to be the first gaming-related company to show public interest in the tablet. Learn more here.
Thanks, GamesIndustry.

Looks interesting. Has some potential. Surprised there hasn’t been any attempts to claim the gaming region of tablets by any major manufacturers. Apple clearly doesn’t give a fuck. Touch gaming is definitely not good enough for any game that takes itself seriously.
