Hahahahha that is complete and utter bs. Seriously, a day after it’s announced and it gets three times the pre-orders of Black Ops?! Are they actually trying to be serious lolz

Now, I would be able to understand if they actually mean three times the pre-orders of Black Ops, back when Black Ops was first announced… maybe, but the way they’ve worded it, it doesn’t sound like they’re saying that.

Funny thing about this. Black Ops OR MW3 weren’t so exposed as the game is now. Google Black Ops 2 and you find a ton of content already talked about compared to the same time of the last CoD’s. So its going to slowly stupendously at some point because either the PR is going to expose the whole game too early or the PR is just going to literally show you the whole game out right.

@Yoshi The wording in the VG247 article is different to that in the MCV article. MCV added the words “day one”… so they ARE talking about the same period.

@7 Ahh thanks, well that makes a lot of difference. So in short, people are just more sold on this game earlier than they were with Black Ops… simples. It doesn’t mean more people will buy Black Ops 2.

Example:
Day 1 reveal for Black Ops 1 – 1 Person pre-orders
Day 1 reveal for Black Ops 2 – 3 people pre-order.
Nothing special here really.

If Activision stated that they have 300+ Dev on the new BO2, i think they have to pay them, and i bet the DLC will be double too, instead of $15,- for maps they come with $25,- a map…
