Ghost Recon: Future Soldier weapon hidden in short film prequel

Ubisoft’s short prequel film for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will be aired on G4 on Thursday. Ghost Recon Alpha features the game’s four protagonists, is set on one of the multiplayer maps, was directed by Academy Award winners Hervé de Crécy and François Alaux, written by Children of Men’s Tim Sexton and Gregory Pruss, and has cinematography by District 9’s Trent Opaloch. So it’s probably worth a watch – but to sweeten the deal, it will also include a secret code which can be used to unlock an exclusive weapon in the full game. Hit the break for a teaser.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is due on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in late May, and arrives on PC in mid June.
