Mileena goes live-action against Kitana in Mortal Kombat video

The full, live-action trailer starring Mileena and her over-enhanced jubblies has been released for Mortal Kombat Vita. Kitana makes and appearance as well. Game's out on May 1 in the US and May 4 in Europe.
