“Huge, new PS3 exclusive” with first in-game footage to air on GTTV next week
GTTV’s Geoff Keighley has once again taken to Twitter to tease the masses. Sadist. This time, the host is teasing a “huge, new PS3 exclusive ” with first in-game footage airing on the show next Thursday. Could it be God of War: Ascension? Maybe. We’re not psychic, but it sure sounds like it could be a first look at actual gameplay footage instead the tease Sony released earlier in the week. Don’t go betting with us though, as we tend to lose at the track – all the time. Therefore, it could be something entirely different. Thanks, ffronw.

yea, probably GOW ascension….but i first thought “new ps3 exclusive” means new ip. well can´t wait either way.

You’d think they would say if it was Ascension, seeing as its already been announced, same goes for any other already announced game. My guess is its whatever this is:

Anybody else think about that PS3 fighting game like super smash bros.? Whenever I hear one of these rumours about a new, huge PS3 announce coming I always hope for this one.

Since the domain for that fighting game was just found, I think I may be right. Then again, it would be silly to announce it along with God of War in a short span, plus they have all those other games you guys have mentioned that are already announced and no gameplay. Time will tell but I’m excited nonetheless

Is Agent still being developed? Has anyone seen any footage of that? It’s was announced ages ago, but if it’s still around that would qualify as a new exclusive, right?

70 percent- The LAst Guardian
30 percent- Quantic Dream’s Next game after Heavy Rain. The Reason why I give 30 percent maximum likelihood for Quantic Dream’s next is that they are still carrying out further developments in the current engine as per the sources. So a full fledged optimized engine and a game wouldn’t be announced unless next year’s E3.

I’m just gonna give the most obvious answer, and say it could truly be anything; The Last Guardian, Syphon Filter 4, God of War Ascension, LittleBigPlanet Karting, Quantic Dream’s new game, “Title Fight”, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, new footage for The Last of Us, or none of these things at all. Take your pick, most of my bets are on none of these things at all (though I’m pulling for Syphon Filter 4, but some of my bets are on God of War Ascension gameplay). Also, kinda shocked Sony chose Gametrailers to unveil a new game, especially after the whole legal snafu over The Last of Us back at the VGA’s.

@20: legacy of kain would be great!!! really!
i haven´t heard about it tbh. is it for the vita maybe? since the ps3 is becoming a new GOW a legacy of kain for the vita would be a smart move imo.
@21: syphon filter 4 would be great too.
there really is a lot of exciting stuff in the pipeline if you think of it. i just hope they do not forget to finally make another mediEvil game. i would love to see a syphon filter game for the vita too. i loved the psp versions.
